Kyle Seymour serves as an Independent Director for Riverbend Industries. Kyle held the roles of President, CEO and Board Member of S&C Electric Company from 2013-2020, and Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of XTEK, Inc. from 2002-2012. He previously served as Chairman of the Board for Hardinge, Inc., and on the Boards of the National Electric Manufacturers Association (NEMA), the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA), and the Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT).
