Kathy Dvorak serves as an Independent Director for Riverbend Industries. Prior to joining Riverbend, Kathy held the positions of Executive Vice President, CFO and Chief Strategy Officer at Richardson Electronics, Ltd., and Senior Vice President/CFO at Essendent (formerly United Stationers Inc.). She currently serves on the Board of Acco Brands Corporation, chairing the Audit Committee. Previous Board memberships include National Oak Distributors, Shoplet.com, BNN Technology and Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital.
