Craig Knot brings deep legal and compliance experience to his role as General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance. Before joining the Riverbend Industries family of companies, Craig was the U.S. General Counsel and Head of Compliance for building materials and construction multinational Holcim. He previously represented a broad range of clients as a partner at global law firms Kirkland & Ellis and Sidley Austin. Craig also spent five years as Senior Counsel at AT&T and was a law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
